NOTE:
This video was filmed over two weeks ago, before the heightened concerns about the virus. I know that many people are going through some scary times right now, and I also know that Eric himself had to postpone parts of his tour because of the virus. In the video, you will see that both of us were in a happy mood while filming. I just want to make it very clear that it was filmed well before the current events. Hopefully, the video can just act as a fun distraction or a little bit of happiness for anyone who is anxious or distressed right now. Please stay safe, healthy and informed. Shoutout to Carla at @Bon Appétit for inspiring this video idea! I thought it would be fun to do her "Keep up with a Professional Chef" video, but make it art related instead. Obviously I'm also not a professional portrait artist. This is all in good fun!
