Normally my day starts with a cup of fresh milk.usually i bring milk from one of my cousin brother who lives bit far from my home.he has a cattle herd.we consume cow's milk which belongs to her calves,therefore i should be thankful for them.Since i made cashew chocolate today,i thought i should make a sweet using fresh milk.i love the taste of chocolate and it is one of my favorite.before making chocolate,i wanted to have condensed milk made.then i mixed cocoa powder with condensed milk until the mixture became a bit hard. After that i made cardamom milk tea from the remained condensed milk in the pot.it was so yummy.You might remember the end of the last video.i knew that you were waiting to see how i was going to make winter melon candy.not only winter melon candy,i also made winter melon strawberry jam.you will be amazed to know that i prepared a layer cake using both of them.As i always have invited you to get closed to the nature and live this short life as a great human being until the death.Your loving Poorna♥️🌿ඉස්සර ඉදලම අපේ රටේ මිනිස්සුන්ගෙ උදේට එළකිරි වීදුරුවක්,කොල කැද වීදුරුවක් එහෙම බොන්න පුරුද්දක් තිබුනා.දැනුත් මට වගේම බොහෝ දෙනාගේ ඒ පුරුද්ද තියෙනවා.කිරිපිටි වෙනුවට මම හැමදාම උදේට බොන්නෙ එළකිරි වීදුරුවක්.මට ලගින්ම නෑකම් කියන මල්ලි කෙනෙක් ඉන්නවා අපේ ගෙවල් කිට්ටුව.එයාගේ ගව පට්ටියෙන් ගන්න කිරි වලින් මං වෙනුවෙන් කිරි බෝතල් දෙකක්ම වෙන් කරල තියන්න කියල මං කලින්ම එයාට කියලයි තියෙන්නේ.ඒ ගව රංචුවේ ඉන්නවා හරිම හුරතල් ගව පැටවු දෙන්නෙක්.නිතරම වගේ යන එන නිසා මාත් එක්කනම් හරිම යාලුයි.ඇත්තටම අපි එයාලාට ණයගැතියි.කිරි අම්මලා අපිට දෙන්නේ පැටියට බොන්න තියෙන කිරි වලින් කොටසක්නේ.මම එළකිරි බොන හැම මොහොතකම එයාලට ඒකට හිතින් පින් දෙනවා.එළකිරිවල පෝශන ගුණය ගැන මං අමුතුවෙන් කියන්න ඕනෙ නෑනෙ.ලොකු පොඩි අපි හැමදෙනාම ඒ ගුණය ගැන හොදින්ම දන්නවා.නැවුම් කිරි වලින් හදන්න පුලුවන් අපි හැමෝම ආස කෑමක් ඔයාලට අරගෙන එන්න මං ගොඩක් කල් ඉදන් අදහස් කරගෙන හිටියෙ..අද තමයි ඒකට දවස.අපි හැමෝම ආස කිරි චොකලට් තමයි මං අද හැදුවෙ..බෙරි පවුලේ තියෙන හැම බෙරි වර්ගයක්ම මම කාලා නැති උනත් මම හරිම ආසයි.ඒ නිසා මම ස්ට්‍රෝබෙරි එක්ක පුහුල් මුසු කරලා රසම රස ජෑම් එකක් හදාගත්තේ නිකන්ම නෙවෙයි.මගේ තට්ටු කේක් එකට ඒ ජෑම් එක ඕනම නිසා.අම්මයි තාත්තයි හරිම ආසාවෙන් ඒවා කෑවා.මටත් හරි සතුටුයි..♥️සොබාදහමට තවත් ලංවෙන්න.. උතුම් කෙනෙකු ලෙස මේ කෙටි ජීවිතය ගෙවා නික්ම යන්න..🙏🏼තෙරුවන් සරණයි..!!ආදරණීය පූර්ණා♥️🌿
