I loved Andy's Gang with Andy Devine along with other Boomers on Saturday morning. The NBC kids show aired from August 20, 1955, to December 31, 1960. It was the successor to the radio and television program Smilin' Ed McConnell and His Buster Brown Gang (later shortened to Smilin' Ed's Gang).

Devine took over the television program when McConnell died suddenly of a heart attack in 1954. Devine inherited a number of characters from the earlier show and the sponsor, Buster Brown shoes.

This episode of Andy's Gang is called "The Camp Baby", I transferred was made during the Analog era. I hope at a later date to be releasing many of the 16mm film prints I have on the show in B&W.

It was shot in color, and I know that at one time "Hubbard Broadcasting", had all the color prints, maybe some one could check that out, is Hubbard in business?

Notes:The Indiana Film Archives has just completed restoring the first 350 reels of the thousands of 16mm & 35mm Celluloid films their acquiring from my collection.

There's enough HD 2k/4k Imagery to create some unique HD programing making use of these rare and in most cases one of a kind Classic TV Shows, Newsreels, Trailers, Home Movies and especially thousands of amazing forgotten Television Commercials.
