If you love sweet potatoes, you will love this recipe for Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries. It is quick and easy to make and requires very few ingredients. Just slice the potatoes, mix everything in one bowl and pop in the oven...easy!!!

***INGREDIENTS***

3 sweet potatoes
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp vegetable oil
salt (to taste)
black pepper (to taste)

Serves 3-4 plates
