Did you know Mosquito Repelling Plants exist and they are natural remedy for mosquito control in your Garden . Plants that can actually repel mosquitoes can control mosquitoes at home? In this video I shall List a lot of plants you can choose for mosquito control remedies at your home garden,when you visit a nursery.

If this anti mosquito measure really works for you, then you are protecting yourself and your loved ones from the harmful effects of anti mosquito chemical sprays and other devices. Also make sure to strictly follow other measures like mainly preventing water stagnation in pots and trays in your garden.
Now, I am gonna just list out these plants one by one in order of descending efficacy of these plants and these are also air purifying plants that purify air naturally.
1. CITRONELLA GRASS : This plant resembles lemon grass and has a citrus like scent which repells insects like white flies and mosquitoes.
2. LEMON THYME: is another lemon-scented evergreen perennial that can repel mosquitoes and also attract beneficial pollinators like honeybees.
3. AGERATUM (Artistic Purple, goat Weed, Jungli Pudina): is a flowering plant that secretes coumarin which is a component used in many popular mosquito repellent sprays.
4. CATNIP (Catmint): is a perennial similar to mint and its oils are used in perfumes and mosquito repellents. One interesting fact about them is – they attract cats around them – the chemical Nepetalactone when sniffed by a cat, produces the so called "high" in cats. When a cat eats catnip, it has a sedative effect, but when smelled, it causes the cat to go crazy.
5. BASIL (Tulsi Plant): which is the known as the ‘king of herbs’ can repels mosquitoes, whiteflies, asparagus beetle, and the carrot fly.
6. LAVENDER: which repels a lot insects including mosquitoes, flies, fleas, and moths.
7. TANSY (Golden Buttons) : is another perennial herb with beautiful golden flowers that repels mosquitoes.
8. ROSEMARY: An evergreen shrub with a nice fragrance can repel mosquitoes, snails, common flies, and beetles.
9. SPEARMINT (Pahadi Pudina): repels mosquitoes, moths, ants, aphids, and several other bugs.
10. MARIGOLDS (Genda): contain Pyrethrum, a compound used in many insect repellents. For best results, Keep Marigold pots near the entrances and windows of your homes.
