Living in Naples, Neila Edel is an Italian artist whose music is inspired by people ranging from Jeff Mills to Len Faki. Her sound is an exploration of energy and depth, as she layers the driving energy of gritty percussion with the mesmerising atmosphere of modulating synth lines.
Neila Edel's style is a product of her DJ sets at some of Naples' best underground techno parties, as the music she makes expresses her ability to captivate a dance floor.
This is Neila Edel's second solo release on Loose Records, and it's a hotly anticipated return to the imprint, after her previous release on the record label charted inside of Beatport's Top 100 Raw Techno chart.
"Black Jack" is the more up-tempo of the two tracks, as the bleeping machine funk of its digitised lead synth is stretched over a heavy kick drum.
