Check out this Section 8 only rental on Detroit’s east side tucked in a quiet little alcove of Detroit. It’s West of Gratiot and South of McNichols. I call this my Jazzy Bathroom House. It also has a bonus room in the basement. I’m looking for someone with a 3-bedroom voucher who can rent a house between $1,300-$1,400/month with the tenant paying gas, electric, and water. The tenant will supply their own refrigerator and stove. Although I think the basement refrigerator is a bonus gift that comes with the house if one of our crew doesn’t remove it before we get it rented.
