
Start by standing on the hoop, and then fully submerge underwater. Next, lower into a squat position, then jump backwards to execute an arched backflip. Swim halfway through the hoop, then tuck your knees toward your chest. To finish, extend one leg straight back and strike a graceful pose with your arms. Good luck, and please tag me if you try this!
