In this episode of my Cocodona 250 training series, I take you inside one of my final, key weeks of preparation: Peak Week. The goal? Summit 5 of my favorite peaks around Salt Lake City — logging some last bits of steep climbing and descending for the day 1 sections of the 2025 course.

I also put in a big tempo effort on the Bonneville Shoreline Trail, test race-day nutrition with Naak’s new BOOST line, try on an ice vest courtesy of Jeff Colt that could suit me for the desert heat on Day 1, and share where my head is at and how I’m navigating the final phase of this journey.
