
Ingredients :
3 Large Egg Whites
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 Cup Sugar
10 Saltine Crackers
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 Quart Unsweetened Fresh Strawberries
Butter for greasing pan
Beat until stiff 3 egg whites and baking powder.
Gradually beat in sugar.
Fold in crushed saltines.
Fold in fine chopped pecans.
Spread in well buttered 9 inch pan.
Bake at 300 for 30 mins.
Cool.
Fill with strawberries and top with whipped cream.
Chill for several hours.
