It all started with a drone. I wanted to make an interesting drone, with movement everywhere. i also wanted to try out the øchd module in VCV Rack with its LFOs, so that was a great match.The next thing that came in was those strange frog voices with huge delay, a spacious reverb, then there had to be bells and finally, I wanted a generative melody above it all.
I cheated maybe? Because that melody tremendously benefits from an EchoBoy and two Crystallizers in the SoundToys Effect Rack...
I decided to let it run through the sequence twice, because I really wanted to give the track some space.
