Synopsis:
In a fierce power struggle among Philippine gangs, Wang Biao, the nephew of gang leader Wang Shan, schemes to seize power. Colluding with criminal syndicates, he hires a team of assassins and resorts to ruthless tactics, including murder and silencing witnesses. A female assassin from Japan and another from Vietnam are sent to the Philippines to kill Wang Shan. After the hit, Wang Biao sets out to hunt them down, leading the chase back to the Philippines…
