
Today I'm going to show you how to make my absolutely favorite TIRAMISU now let me tell you this is NOT an original recipe this is a recipe with my Mexican Twist, this delightful tiramisu combines the best of Italy and Mexico. Layers of ladyfingers soaked in cafe de la olla and Mexican coffee liquor, interspersed with a smooth mascarpone cream, are enhanced with a hint of cinnamon. Each bite is an explosion of flavors that will transport you to two culinary worlds in one dessert and let's not forget how fast it is to make, I hope you enjoy it as much as we do❤️

Ingredients:
1 cup boiling hot water
2 tbsp cafe de la olla instant coffee
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup Mexican Coffee Liquor( optional)
8 oz Mascarpone cheese or cream cheese
8-12 oz Condensed milk
2 tsp Mexican vanilla blend
Pinch salt
1 cup heavy cream
Lady fingers
Your favorite coco powder I used 1/2 Hershey and 1/2 abuelita
