I've tried using Shazam even as close as possible but it doesn't give any results or it gives false positives, i tried Audiotag and nothing (neither AHA Music)
I think you can find it with the lyrics but i have no idea what he says or maybe it's a Royalty Free song
...and no, i couldn't record it completely
