RAMSAY was forced to stop doing something he LOVED to do, way before he developed his love for cooking.In 1987, Gordon was forced to re-think his future after a SERIOUS injury that forced HIM to stop playing soccer, which was what he envisioned doing in the future.
When he went back to school, earning a degree in hotel management.
This lead him to become a chef working with top chefs in Europe including Marco Pierre White and Albert Roux before starting on his own in 1993.
