Investors are investing in Detroit! I talk to a lot of investors who eventually figure out that Detroit has the best ROI if you don't fall into some common pitfalls; buying a house with a bad tenant or using a bad property manager. An investment property in Detroit for a 3-bedroom house that is completely renovated averages $85,000. Taxes are around $1,800 now. Insurance is between $900-$1,000. And never buy a house without a basement or buy a house on a dead end street. I'm happy to guide you in your purchasing.
