Unrilis presents a hypnotic techno EP from Italian duo Mik&Ale who deliver two raw and driving tracks.

Mik&Ale's style combines modulating synth tones and hard-hitting percussion to create gritty grooves that unfold with captivating suspense. This is their first time working with Unrilis, adding the record label to a catalogue that already includes prestigious outlets ranging from Marco Faraone's UNCAGE to Dense & Pika's Kneaded Pains.

Founded by the late Rino Cerrone, Unrilis was originally used as an outlet for Rino's innovative techno tracks, and has recently relaunched with renewed focus on his original vision. Recent releases on the record label have featured music from likeminded producers such as A.Paul, DJ Dextro, and Ritzi Lee.

"Blockwork" has a pounding kick drum and dramatic claps combined with swirling acid and bleeping synths to create a dark and intense groove.
