Bachata ARM STYLING 3 Week Challenge. Today we are starting Week 1 with my TOP 3 Arm Styles for Bachata. What to expect? 1. Demonstration 2. Follow along (arms only) 3. Follow along (arms+basic) 4. Breakdown 5. BONUS TIPS 6. Sneak peek of next week's program. Arm styling can be very challenging specially for beginners. It requires a lot of coordination, and practice so you can start to feel comfortable to add it to your actual dance moves. So I did this thinking about you, and I know it will help! Do your part: Do the "Follow Along" section every day for a full week = 3 min every day for 7 days, so you can create that muscle memory that will make arm styling feel more natural.
