The easiest way to protect your camera and lenses from moisture and mold is to store it in a dry box. What is a dry box? It's a simple plastic box that is sealed kept warm with a dehumidifier in it to help remove humidity or moisture from your camera gear and lenses. It will help keep mold from grown in them and even help you rescue electronics that might have accidentally been splashed with water.
