"This is a deeply personal mix that I made in 2005, in York, UK, selecting the tracks I'd listened to the most according to my play history on Winamp! It was a bit of a challenge to get such diverse styles of songs into one mix, but I think the end result is quite harmonious and beautiful (even though I say so myself!)."
"This is a mix that I've kept coming back to for over a decade and a half. I made a slight, two second amendment in 2015, but otherwise it's the same as the 2005 original. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!"

ABOUT THE VIDEO:
The video starts with a plain block of red colour that slowly turns to orange, then yellow, green, light blue, indigo and finally violet.
The idea is that this represents a journey up through the seven chakras. It can also be thought of as a journey through a rainbow or through the visible light (electromagnetic) spectrum, from long wavelength and low frequency to short wavelength and high frequency.
