FREEFALL by Nothing More ft. Chris Daughtry, perfectly captures what it feels like to struggle with PTSD. It feels like you're "In a free fall, racing to the ground." It's a terrifying feeling to be going through your day to day life, and suddenly have the trauma of your past hit you and send you quickly spiraling down. The beautiful part of the music video is when the main character reaches out for someone during his freefall. He receives HELP, and you can too!
