This one is so simple I don't even need to share any recipe... Just kidding 😭:

Here’s an easy recipe for baked Cajun salmon fillet:


- 1 salmon fillet
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnish: fresh parsley or chopped green onions
- potatoes count into halves


### Instructions:
1. **Preheat the oven** to 400°F (200°C).
2. **Prepare the salmon**: Pat the fillets dry with a paper towel, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased foil.
3. **Season**: Brush each fillet with olive oil, then sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasoning in to coat evenly.
4. **Bake**: Place the salmon in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes (depending on thickness), or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
5. **Potatoes prep**: sautee boiled potatoes, add salt and pepper taste. It's ready when it changes color to golden and crispy
5. **Serve**: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillet and garnish with parsley or green onions if desired. Enjoy!

### Tips:
- For extra heat, add a pinch of chili flakes to both salmon and potatoes
