Prior to her commercial brokerage success, Erin established a robust foundation in governmental affairs and community development. Her five years in a local municipality's Codes & Zoning department, coupled with service on multiple volunteer boards, including the Planning Commission and Historic Architectural Review Board, instilled an in-depth knowledge of local regulations and the regional landscape.
