rollitos de bistec con nopales en salsa verde now let me tell y oh this is absolutely delicious and it has become our favorite dish, it’s so simple yet so delicious the chile relleno, the nopales, the steak and the nopalitos , is everything you can ask for in one bite! Ingredients
1pm nopales cactus pads
5-6 hatch peppers
My salsa verde:
10 tomatillos
1/8 onion
1 habanero
Chile árbol I use 8
1 garlic clove
Handful of cilantro
3/4 cup water
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp ground cumin
For the rollitos
2 lbs thin sliced ranchers beef steak (skirt or flap)
Queso Oaxaca or Monterey Jack or you can use queso panela
1/2 onion
Coarse salt
Black pepper
