🙋‍♀️ Should they ask for access under the stairs...?

It’s common to see the area under the stairs blocked off. I’d prefer some sort of access for storage. I mean you are paying for the square footage, might as well use it.

Sometimes it won’t be allowed because of structural or safety issues but it never hurts to ask. Hopefully this gives you a few options to consider if you run into it on your build.

What are your thoughts, should they put some sort of access here or just leave it as is?
