Album: Is; Funk Forum Radio Master Playlist: Mandrill "Is" was the second album by the Brooklyn heavyweight funk outfit. "Children of the Sun" (track 4) starts slowly with a nice flute highlight, then builds to a massive crescendo. Back in our college show days in Rochester, whenever we played this track, we would invariably get a few, "what song was that?" phone calls.
