In this video, I share with you why spiritual protection is absolutely necessary for these times that we are living in. I also offer you teachings to help you understand how colonial violence impacts our spirit and ways you can begin to both call back your spirit and protect your spirit from the colonial capitalist patriarchy.My hope is that you begin to feel spiritually strong and supported so that we can show up for our collective divine assignment of collective healing and liberation.
I also want to add here that as we lean into spiritual practices, that it is important to do so in integrity and right relationship. It is important to honor the elders, teachers, and lineages and to learn directly from the Indigenous peoples of the lineages that the practices come from. And, that it also feels important to honor reclamation and receiving direct revelation from our ancestors, intuition, and spirit guides. We can make space for both as we show up in integrity in our spiritual practices.
Now more than ever, we need this spiritual rooting and protection. May we receive the medicine, wisdom, and guidance we need.
