Alright folks. Now we are jumping into something I call a ”bucket list shoot” for myself. When I arrived in Spain a month ago, to a secret location to shoot the new R8 GT, Audi brought all the special R8s since the start of the R8 era. One car stood out to me the most, and it was the original R8 GT. Can you imagine I still have it on my laptop background since 2010? Yup, 13 years with the same wallpaper. I knew directly that I wanted to do a shoot with both of these together. It was little bit difficult cause I only had one sunrise to do it, and I needed to do a full video about the new R8 GT only at first. But, I also had the original R8 GT near me all the time, and was running around like crazy to put it there in many scenes so I could do a ”Generations Clash” video for the YouTube channel as well. This video will go up later today, where you can compare the two. I can tell you that when the garage door opened in the secret location and I got to see all the R8s, I immediately ran to the 1st gen R8 GT cause that car is just having such a historical meaning. And driving it was just another dream come true. It was also the 1st R8 GT with ”000/333” on the numbering and straight from Audi Tradition museum. What a day it was, and Im glad to share it with you. Here comes the first shot, and the video goes up in a few hours.
