He dropped by and in order to test their kindness asked to get one for free. The woman agreed. She sells them for $6, $8, $10. She prepared a $10 order for her.
Seeing how generous she was, he offered to draw a portrait for the two of them. The son has to be tied to a leash at all times because he is severely autistic. He can't speak, can't make eye contact, and has trouble controlling his emotions. She doesn't want him running into traffic and getting hurt.
His father had left them. He visits once a year reluctantly. He doesn't send money so she has to raise the boy by herself. She spend every penny she makes to take him to doctors for treatment. She just wants him to get well soon.
The man returned the next day with gifts and paid for the order from yesterday. But instead of $10, he transferred $20k to her. She tried to turn down the money or send it back and he told her that it's new year's soon and wants her to buy him something.
