
1. Work Ethic:
If you have a staff that has extremely good work ethics it is going to rub off on everyone around them.
2. Punctuality:
Being on time for a kitchen shift is so important. One person being late can throw off the entire kitchen process.
3. Desire to Learn:
If they aren't interested in improving, then they are not going to be a good fit for your team.
If you have a successful staff, you'll have a successful business. If you don't want to invest in your people, your guests will respond accordingly.
