In 2011, the RDA event known as the "A CAPELLA SLAM" was dedicated to the memory of one of its most beloved past Mayors, the late STEPHEN MARCHAM. Dennis Nevin, of Rockville, CT, sang this modified version of "Over The Rainbow" to his memory! Thank you Dennis for a wonderful tribute!
