今次繼續整夏天冷盤, 芥辣八爪魚, 由於買細隻活嘅八爪魚比較困難, 用咗刺身級數八爪魚鬚代替。簡簡單單,唔好介意 :)

A simple way to make Takowasa at home, originally it's made from fresh octopus but as it's difficult to find here in HK, I'v replaced it with Sashmi grade octopus tectacle. Hope you would enjoy the video :)

材料:
刺身級八爪魚鬚 1件
味淋 1湯匙
日式豉油 1湯匙
柚子汁 2茶匙
日式芥辣 1湯匙
青尖椒 1隻
辣椒仔 半隻
