* Baking powder -1 teaspoon
* Eggs - 2
* Milk - 1 cup
* Coriander
* Garlic -2-3
* Salt
* Black pepper
* Olive oil / Vegetable oil
* Sweet corn - 1 cup
* Spring onions - 2
Serves about 3-4 plates
