Compilation of 12 remastered tracks from various splits, EPs and V/A compilations from long-running and unique Japanese grindcore band SWARRRM, released in 2016 on LongLegsLongArms Records in support of the group's 20th anniversary.

Tracks 1 and 11 are from the 2003 split with Narcosis, tracks 2, 5 and 10 are from the 2004 self-titled picture disc EP, tracks 4, 7 and 12 are from the 2001 split with Atomic Fireball, tracks 6 and 8 are from the 2002 split with Bloodred Bacteria and 3 and 9 are from the "Terro-Rhythm #3" and "Japanese Assault" compilations respectively.
