मथुरा में शाही ईदगाह मस्जिद को लेकर एक नया मोड़ आ गया है...श्रीकृष्ण जन्मभूमि निर्माण ट्रस्ट अब CJI कोर्ट पहुंच गई है...ट्रस्ट ने दावा किया है कि ईदगाह मस्जिद वक्फ की संपत्ति नहीं है। ट्रस्ट की ओर से कहा गया है कि ईदगाह मस्जिद की जमीन का खाता खसरा भी जन्मभूमि ट्रस्ट वाला ही है...मुस्लिम पक्ष का इसे लेकर कहना है कि मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट में है...और ईदगाह मस्जिद वक्फ की ही संपत्ति है....CJI कोर्ट में ट्रस्ट ने केस दर्ज करा दिया है लेकिन कोर्ट ने फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया है।

The Muslim side says that the matter is in the Supreme Court... and the Idgah Mosque is the property of the Waqf... The trust has filed a case in the CJI court but the court has reserved the decision.
