About Tales Told in Tides:

This is my first album, created in Vietnam during a transformative chapter of my life. Each of the 10 tracks is an audio sketch, capturing different moments and moods from our time there. It begins with the quiet wonder of the first month and ends with the chaotic return to Georgia.

It’s also my first exploration into electronic music. Before moving to Ho Chi Minh City, my friend Obri (Gio Dolaberidze) introduced me to Ableton. That opened the door to combining samples from my phone, old vocal snippets, and imagined landscapes into sound.

This album is a form of storytelling. It invites you to travel with me, to feel what I felt, and to glimpse the world inside my head. While my hometown stayed the same, I returned more attuned to my real self.

HHR is a free promotional space for underground and independent artists globally. Originally a non-profit digital label based out of San Diego, California for underrepresented artists. Now a YouTube channel with the same values, where artists from Asia, Africa, Latin America, Eastern and Southern Europe and other underrepresented regions, as well as Indigenous artists can promote their music free of charge and without monetization.

About Masho Marg:

Masho is a multidisciplinary artist and designer. She began practicing jazz guitar in her early teens, during which she wrote her first original songs. Her musical tastes encompass a mix of classic rock, jazz, indie, house music, and ambient sounds. In 2024, she started collecting samples from her travels and combined them to create electronic music tracks.
