This is one of my favorite ways to use boost pedals to shape the distortion of an amp to get a good doom tone. The Isosceles boost has Level, Bass and Treble controls. Here, I boost the Bass to thicken up the amp tone. The Maxon 808 (that is at the start of the signal chain) cuts the initial low frequencies from the guitar and focuses the tone. So I kind of cut the lows first, but then reintroduce them again with the Isosceles. But now the lows are more focused and not muddy.
