How should you use this?

Listen to this track anytime you start to feel your stress level rise or if you are already in a state of high stress. The isochronic tones will quickly lower in speed as the track progresses in the first few minutes. This helps to reduce your brainwave activity to a more relaxed theta wave mental state.

If you are short on time, you don't have to listen to the whole track for it to work. Start from the beginning of the track, where the isochronic tones drop sharply in frequency. This will help to lower your dominant brainwave frequency and calm your mind quickly. I recommend listening for at least 15-20 minutes from the beginning.

The track is designed to quickly relax and calm your mind before returning you to a more alert state. As it approaches its end, the frequency begins to ramp up slightly.

How does it work?

This is a brainwave entrainment audio session using isochronic tones combined with music. The isochronic tones are the repetitive beats you can hear on top of the music throughout the track.

Amplitude modulation effects have been applied to the music to enhance the stimulation, producing soothing vibrations synced with the isochronic tones.

Frequencies used

The track starts at 14Hz in beta and ramps down to 10Hz in alpha at the 4-minute mark, where it stays for 2 minutes. Then, it ramps further into the profoundly relaxing theta range at 6.5Hz (at the 10-minute mark), remaining until it reaches 2 hours and 50 minutes. Then, there's a gradual ramp upwards to 12Hz at the end.

Headphones are NOT required for this video.

How loud should the volume be?

Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It shouldn't be so loud that it hurts your ears or becomes too distracting.
