"Oatmeal cookies with nuts"
Ingredients: All ingredients should be at room temperature.
150 g oatmeal (flakes that take a long time to cook)
180 g flour
100 g butter
100 g sugar
50 g honey
2 medium eggs
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt, vanilla
150 g nuts or 150 g raisins - optional.
You can also add prunes or chocolate drops.
First, mix the dry ingredients: flour (sifted through a sieve) + oatmeal + nuts (or raisins, or chocolate or any filling you like)
Butter + sugar + honey, grind, then beat with a mixer. Gradually add one egg at a time, add salt, add vanillin. Beat everything, then mix with dry ingredients. Place cookies on a baking sheet using two spoons. or an ice cream scoop. Dip the spoon in water so that the dough does not stick. Bake at 180 C for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
