The EU has introduced comprehensive regulations governing AI, and US regulations are in process now. The CISA and NSA recently issued guidelines to handle AI securely in the enterprise. Privacy of both personal data and corporate intellectual property are at risk when a GenAI tool accesses any internal data.
Your organization will have to show compliance with these regulations. Let’s make sure you have a sound foundation of policy to strengthen your program, protect your intellectual property, secure the personal information you hold, and preserve the trustworthiness of your brand and reputation.
Artificial intelligence (specifically Large Language Model-based tools, like ChatGPT) appears in most organizations in three ways. Each mode of AI deployment brings specific risks. Let’s look at them in turn.

Second, as tools to help you analyze your data for patterns that can augment your intellectual property.
