Joslin Smith's mother and her two co-accused will go on trial in Saldanha Bay on the Cape West Coast on the third of March. The multi-purpose centre in Saldanha Bay has been proclaimed a court specifically for this trial, so that the community is able to attend proceedings.
The little girl went missing from her home in the Middelpos informal settlement on the 19th of February last year.
The state alleges that she was kidnapped and trafficked.
