"Decorated with Scars" de C.O.M.F.O.R.T.A.B.L.E empieza sin preámbulos, con un ritmo insistente que no tarda en desplegar su auténtica naturaleza conforme van apareciendo nuevas capas. Entre el dub, la electrónica y el hip hop, se nos plantea un tapiz sonoro tan nostálgico como esperanzador, no muy lejos de los momentos más inspirados de Boards of Canada. En él, sutiles juegos con sonidos llenos de ecos danzan para atraparnos en un trance hipnótico en constante propulsión, con algunos breves destellos de voces habladas que nos invitan a fundirnos con el sonido. Una experiencia que las palabras jamás serán capaces de atrapar, pero para la que afortunadamente los oídos son más que suficientes.

"Decorated with Scars" by C.O.M.F.O.R.T.A.B.L.E begins without preamble, with an insistent rhythm that soon unfolds its true nature as new layers appear. Between dub, electronica and hip hop, we are presented with a tapestry of sound that is as nostalgic as it is hopeful, not far from the most inspired moments of Boards of Canada. In it, subtle sounds full of echoes dance to trap us in a hypnotic trance in constant propulsion, with some brief flashes of spoken word that invite us to merge with sound. An experience that words will never be able to capture, but for which fortunately ears are more than enough.
