I wish this came with instructions or different recipes. It just comes as is in a zip lock bag. I have had a chance to use it with jello and it works really well. I had to have them sit a little longer than normal jello to make sure it was all hard, but once I did they popped out just fine and my kids loved them. This is a great way to make a low sugar, low calorie treat for kids.
