Here's a quick tip for harvesting kale.. If you don't have time to clean off your kale immediately after harvest, place the leaves in a glass of water and clean it off when you have more time! This will keep the kale crisp and fresh!

ABOUT US: We are Alex and Elaina, a couple in our 20s who are currently living on the 3-acre farm in southern Pennsylvania where Alex grew up.
