During my recent demo video shootings for Agean Cymbals, I also had the chance to record/perform some music tracks in different drum & cymbal setups. I was using a mix of Agean Treasure Jazz & Special Jazz series cymbals together with the cute little Sonor AQX Jungle kit as a perfect match for my retroish funk jazz track "ORGANic Jazz" 🤩🎹

The Treasure Jazz series reminds me of vintage Zildjian Constantinoples, while Special Jazz might be considered more "modern" sounding. These cymbals do not only feel at home in a traditional jazz/swing context, but also work great for blues, funk and probably contemporary pop music also 🎸🥁
