JD Simo talks about a historically significant 1963 Fender Stratocaster that once belonged to Mike Bloomfield. Bloomfield, a notable blues musician from Chicago, played this guitar extensively from the mid-'70s until his death in 1981. The Stratocaster was originally owned by Jimi Hendrix, who used it for recording before passing it to Buddy Miles, who then gave it to Bloomfield. Demo coming later today!
