Live ambient journey during a Blue Lotus ceremony in the Guatemalan Jungle ~
.. I was recently invited to play music for 3 hours during a private Blue Lotus Ceremony in the jungle of Guatemala. This first hour was a guided breath-work session leading into a 2 hour dance of original music.
33 candles were lit to represent the spirit of each individual present & illuminate their purpose in this lifetime. 33 representing the 33 vertebrae in the spine on the path from the root to the crown. The set was a journey upwards & then integrating back into our body.
I have uploaded the first section of this set today. An hour long ambient improv DJ set full of lush soundscapes that I feel resemble in some way the essence of the lotus.
