
Balinese spice is SO packed with flavor, is negligible in calories but contains fresh turmeric, ginger, lemon grass, with so many beneficial properties to add into food. I've been using it a lot this year and plan to keep doing so.
The rice I use is wild rice, which is native in michigan and the great lakes region and is a very important indigenous food as well as being insanely good for you nutritionally.
