"Strawberry pie"
Dough
280-300 grams of flour
200 grams of butter,
2/3 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons of ice water.

FILLING
1 kg strawberries,
1 cup of sugar (glass volume 200 ml.)
3 tablespoons cornstarch,
1 tablespoon lemon juice,
vanillin

To lubricate the top
2 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of sugar.

COOKING

Sift flour through a sieve, add sugar and salt. Add cold butter and grind into crumbs. Add ice water and knead the dough. Send the dough for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Filling:
Cut strawberries into pieces or leave whole, add corn starch, sugar, vanillin and lemon juice. Mix all.
Roll out the dough, put it in a mold, put the strawberry filling on top, make a mesh of dough on top, brush with milk, sprinkle with sugar on top and send to the oven. Oven 40-50 min at 200 degrees.

1 kg strawberries,
200-250 grams of sugar,
Cut the strawberries into pieces, cover with sugar and boil until thick. At the end, according to the recipe, 0.5 tsp is added. citric acid, but I did not add.
Jam turns out thick, fragrant and moderately sweet.

2 chicken yolks,
75 grams of sugar, vanilla extract or vanillin.
Grind the yolks with sugar, add milk, vanillin. Boil in a water bath until thick.
If you do not want to cook for a long time, add 1 tbsp. starch or flour.
