We have new details of a Global News exclusive that brought attention to the issue of delays at the landlord-tenant board in Ontario.

A GTA-based landlord says he went through a tough ordeal trying to get his condo back from a tenant who would not pay.

Now, he finally has his Etobicoke property back, but is still owed tens of thousand of dollars.
